Here are some paper ribbon projects that I have made. If interested, at the end of this blog I have included the videos so that you can see the tutorials for each of these items.

While at an estate sale I discovered this box of paper ribbon. I had never thought of using this in junk journals, but when I saw it, I knew that I had to try it. Does anyone else remember this ribbon? I remember using it back in the 80’s. I made a pretty little basket from it. I’m not sure if it is still being made, or not, but I do have some available in my Etsy Shop!
Here are the paper ribbon projects that I have made.

The first project that I made was this pretty envelope made from music paper and decorated with the paper ribbon.

Next, I made a little notepad which I love making!

Then, I made a belly band. For those of you who make junk journals, you will know what this is. But, for those of you who don’t know, the band is attached to a page at the top and the bottom, leaving the middle unglued, that way a journaling card or tag can be slid under the band. So cute!

After that, I made an altered paper clip which is really a nice touch to add to journals.

Finally, the last of my paper ribbon projects that I made is a cluster of different papers with a butterfly that I made from a punch that I have.
I will be making more of these envelopes to sell in my Etsy Shop. I will be using many different colors of the paper ribbon. Each envelope will contain a belly band, notepad, altered paper clip, a cluster and there will also be a couple of extra surprises in them!
So, if you are interested in making any of these, please watch the following YouTube tutorials.
Happy crafting and have a great day!
